Fibro Friendly Triple Berry Smoothie

Here’s a delicious triple berry smoothie. Made with strawberries, blueberries and red raspberries, this smoothie filled with anti-oxidants, vitamins and the perfect amount of protein. This is my favorite, I have it every morning.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, red raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 T flax seed
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

I also add a scoop of D-Ribose and a scoop of Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization System Berry Splash. Both are recommended for Fibromyalgia.

Quick Tip: I keep my bananas and spinach in the freezer. Put pre-washed spinach in a freezer bag and just take out what you need. The bananas, I peel, slice and put half a banana in snack size bags. Then I put the snack bags inside a freezer bag. The bananas last a long time and I don’t have to add ice to the smoothie.

Directions

Blend in blender until smooth. It takes about 30 seconds with my Ninja Professional Blender.
