Getting Started With Thync Relax Pro

Setting up Thync is pretty easy. First, download the Thync Relax app. Next, open the app and pair with the Thync Pod. Then, follow the app instructions. The Thync app includes two neurostimulation programs, Deep Sleep and Deep Relax.

The Deep Relax program uses safe nerve stimulation to affect key brain regions involved in regulating stress. Based on scientific studies, customer success stories, and trials, Thync has established evidence that daily use of Thync leads to significant reductions in anxiety.

Based on your answers while setting up the app, you will get a recommendation on how often to use each program. Based on my answers, I should use the Deep Sleep program at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes right before bed and the Deep Relax program for 10 minutes at least 5 times a week in the late afternoon or evening. Or whenever I feel anxious and stressed.

The Thync Relax app is used to increase or decrease the intensity of the stimulation until you feel a slight tingling sensation that is barely noticeable. During the session, helpful little tips will pop up on the screen.

For example, control breathing to complement the effect of the program. Try inhaling for 4 seconds and exhaling for 4 seconds.

You can also set up a session schedule and get reminders with the app. There is even a video on the app to show you exactly how to connect the pad to the pod and where to place the pod on the base of your neck.
