Last month I reviewed The Fay Farm’s Healing CBD Hemp Lotion which really helps my fibromyalgia pain. Now the folks at The Fay Farm went a step further with their new Serenity CBD Lotion. They took all the things I loved about the original CBD lotion and made it even better by adding magnesium and calming essential oils that help with stress and anxiety.

The Fay Farm offers a variety of hand-made organic body care items. Their newest product is called Serenity, and there are two versions of this product, one with CBD oil and one without.
Like all their products, Serenity CBD lotion is made with organic ingredients. Several ingredients come right from their farm located on Whidbey Island near Seattle, Washington. Serenity CBD lotion is made with purified water, hemp oil, grape seed oil, apricot kernel oil, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, argan oil, magnesium, 200 mg. CBD oil, chamomile, green tea, oats, passionflower, skullcap, essential oils, gluconolactone, and sodium benzoate (certified organic preservative).
Not only is the Serenity CBD Lotion pain-relieving, it is great for relieving anxiety and stress.
We all know that stress and anxiety can be a big problem with fibromyalgia due to an overactive stress response. The Fay Farm developed Serenity Lotion for individuals with high anxiety, who are over-stressed and seeking an alternative form of relief to pharmaceutical options.
To combat stress and anxiety, apply the Serenity Lotion on your neck around the lymph glands, over the abdomen, and on the bottom of your feet. I am not kidding, within 5 minutes you will feel calm and relaxed.
I have been using the Serenity CBD Lotion every night and during the day when I feel anxious and stressed. When I went to behavioral therapy the therapist suggested using a scented lotion to help with anxiety. She let me try a few she had in her office but they gave me a headache. I can’t really describe the scent of Serenity except to say it is light, herbal, calming, and does not give me a headache.
The magnesium in the lotion gives the CBD oil an added boost for pain relief. If you have ever used magnesium oil or lotion, you know it can leave your skin feeling pretty dry. The Serenity CBD Lotion is thick, creamy, and leaves your skin feeling soft.
First of all, I really like Serenity lotion with magnesium and CBD oil for pain relief. In addition, I am very impressed how Serenity CBD Lotion relieves anxiety and stress.
