Foods That Fight Fibromyalgia is beneficial to anyone who has fibromyalgia. Increasing evidence shows that diet and nutrition play a major role in the reduction of fibromyalgia-related pain and fatigue. The book provides nutritional guidelines, including information on food allergies and their link to fibromyalgia.
